This course is practitioner level, Delivered to the new VTCT standard.

Introduction

Reflexology is a form of treatment based on the belief that the body is dependent upon it energy flows which can be improved through specific massage of the feet and hands. The main objective is to specify the methodology of the provision of reflexology treatment in a safe and effective manor. The need for a satisfactory consultation and assessment process is crucial to all therapies.

What will be covered in the course?

5 Mandatory units:- Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and less Common Pathology, Provide Reflexology, Reflective Practice for Reflexology, Principals and Practice of Complementary Therapies, Health, Safety and Hygeine for Complementary Therapies.

Course will commence 8th February, 2012 10am -4pm

5th October, every other Wednesday plus assessment ,date will be arranged with the students on their last day of tuition.

How is the course assessed?

Continuous assessments on practical, theoretical range and oral questions, as well as assignments and portfolio building.

Cost

£600, this can be spread over the course by standing order. (4 months). Please note tution will be suspended if account becomes in arreas.

£100 will secure your place. All standing orders must be in place 2 weeks before commences.

Additional costs

If you are not already registered with the VTCT please add £16. You will require 2 files and deviders. White tunic top, Black trousers, Black Full shoes. Hair must be tied back if below shoulder length, short nails no polish please.
